Clear Channel is the largest radio broadcasting company in the US, with a conglomerate of radio channels focused on serving local communities all over the country, with more than 110 million listeners each week.
Google have inked a multi-year deal with Clear Channel that ensures that Google Audio Ads advertisers will have access to a guaranteed portion of 30-second ad inventory on Clear Channel’s AM/FM stations and digital and Internet radio channels.
The deal marks a step forward for Google Audio Ads, which is still in beta and currently offers only a limited amount of inventory to a handful of advertisers. It will undoubtedly also help Clear Channel boost ad sales and reach a larger market of advertisers.
